We provide a complete and full-service fulfillment center, which enables our clients to provide their products in the most efficient manner to their customers in the shortest amount of time possible. Our team is able to process orders via mail, email, fax, or phone and can assemble those orders almost immediately. We also offer pick and pack assembly, bulk shipping, and special package assembly. Orders that arrive by noon each day will ship that same day, barring any unusual circumstances. Fulfillment Plus offers payment processing to further assist with each clients fulfillment needs.

At Fulfillment Plus, inventory is stored in our climate-controlled warehouse to ensure that products will not be damaged. We can also manage inventory for clients that have neither the space nor the personnel to manage this time-consuming task. Inventory is physically verified on a periodic basis to keep clients aware of inventory levels.

As Fulfillment Plus if often the customer service branch for our clients, we can most effectively manage their database systems. Database management can include updating current databases for future use, creating an effective and useful database for office use, or even manipulating an old database to give a client a quick and easy reference. Data entry is hand keyed and verified by one of our quality-conscience employees. As an additional benefit, we maintain a Post Office Box for fulfillment clients in order to immediately process address changes

Fulfillment Plus offers telephone answering services that enable each client to have a customer service line answered by a live person. The result for each client is a fully operational customer service center without the equipment, space or personnel requirements.
